Teachers of Tomorrow is looking to add Business Process Automation (BPA) Engineer to our growing technology team. The BPA Engineer will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing automated solutions that streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs. This role requires expertise in managing administration and integration for key platforms, including but not limited CRM (HubSpot), Call Center System (Five9), RPA Tools (Azure Power Automate/Logic Apps), and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Canvas and LearnUpon.

About the Position
In your role as BPA Engineer, you will collaborate with various organizational stakeholders to bring in governance and improve operational efficiency. You will also help administer and provide integration solutions between various Key Technology Platforms.

What We are Looking For
2-5 years’ experience in business process automation, process improvement, or a related role
Hands-on experience with CRM (HubSpot), Call Center System (Five9), and LMS platforms like Canvas and LearnUpon.
Familiarity with workflow automation, API integrations, and data extraction/manipulation between systems.
Strong ability to analyze business processes, identify pain points, and propose automation solutions.
Experience working with SQL, Power BI/Microsoft Fabric, and/or Azure Services is a plus.
Prior Software Developer work-experience is preferred
Must be able to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
